An interesting twist on an Indian dessert . When you don't feel like eating apples you can give a sweet and slightly tangy and the perfect treat for your taste buds by turning apples into a HALWA.
There were 2-3 apples which no one was eating and also there was Chashni of rasgullas in my fridge. Everytime I had to throw apples so this time I thought of experimenting with it and turned the leftover apples and Chashni into a amazing HALWA.
You can make this for any festive season or whenever you have too many apples lying around.

Ingredients

  1. 2Apples
  2. As required Rasgulle ki Chashni/ sugar
  3. as neededDry fruits- cashews, almonds, rasins,
  4. 2Cardamoms

Steps

  1. 1

    First peel, deseed apples and grate the apples

  2. 2

    Heat the large pan with chashni till it becomes medium thick

  3. 3

    Add grated apples and dry fruits

  4. 4

    Mix it well

  5. 5

    Stir it well for 2-3 minutes till it changes it colour

  6. 6
