Peel red carrots and grate it. Add sugar and salt to it. Mix well and keep it for 5 minutes.

Add all flours, lemon juice, turmeric, dhaniya powder, garlic ginger green chilli paste, half small tea cup oil. Mix well.

Make long rolls of it.and place one by one on broad sieve in steam cooker. Keep 1 inches distances between 2 rolls. Steam it for 45 minutes on midium flame.

When it cool down, cut the rolls into medium pieces. In broad cooking pot(kadhai) for spater heat 10 ml oil add mustard seed, cumin seed, curry leaves asafoteia put all muthiya in it. Mix well. Heat it for 5 minutes. Garnish with corrainder and grated coconut and serve with green chutney🤗🤗
