  1. 2eggs
  2. 1spring onion, chopped
  3. 4small sweet potatoes, grated
  4. 2 tbspwholemeal flour
  5. Olive oil for frying

    Mix everything and add batter to heated pan shaped as round patties.

    Fry for 3-4 minutes each side and serve with veggies
