Steps

Blanch spinach with pinch salt then add cold water.

Heat oil in a pan adf, jeera sautey, and thwn adc ninger varlic paste, add onion, tomato saute well.then adc tomatopuree mix well cook it 2.4 minute.

Add all regular spices.

Add dal and cookwd until soft then adc spinach puree and mix well, cook 2 minute.

Garnish with freshcream.
