First wash all vegetables properly. give cuts in brinjal, and banana. Merinate papdi with soda and salt for 1/2hr.

Stuffing:-chopped green garlic, and take white part, peanuts, coconut, turmeric powder, 1tb oil, sugar, salt, ginger1tb., chilli paste 1tb, 1/2cup corriender chopped take in a mixi jar and coursly grind. and fill in brinjal and banana.

Now put oil in a cooker used fried muthia's oil and saute purple yam brinjal sweet potatoes and papdi add some stuffing masala mix properly.Add 1/2glass water. Whistle 4-5 on mid. flame

Open immediately after 5 whistle. Now take a pan add 1-2tb. oil saute kissmiss, Asofortida, carrom seeds, Sesseme seeds Cashew nuts tej patta, cinnamon stick and add stuff banana. crushed green garlic green part and corriender mixture and add. Add papdi mixture fried muthiya. and poppy seeds. sugar chopped corriender saute for 5-7mins on mid. flame. and serve.

Tasty delicious Surti Papdi Undhiyu is ready to serve. with puri. garnish with dry coconut corriender and cashew nuts.
