Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 3bitter gourd sliced
  • 1Brinjal slices
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1red chilli whole
  • To tastesalt and sugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add gourd slices and saute well till it is soft

  3. 3

    Now add brinjal and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    As it is soft and moist add sugar and mix well

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with plain rice
