Steps

Firstly boil,peel n mash the potaoes then add grated/crumbled cheese in it(small cube of cheese, onion slices, tomato slices n cucumber slices keep aside fo' layering)

Add chopped onion, bread crumbs, boiled n mashed peas, salt, black pepper powder, chopped green chilly, chopped leaves coriander/cilantro, chat masala n mix everything well combined to make a dough like consistency

Make balls out of potato n cheese dough then flatten it to give the shape of a round dumpling (tikki)..deep/shallow fry the tikkies on medium flame n keep aside

Arranging of burger layers _cut the bugers(buns) into half horizontally n spread tomato ketchup on it then place tikki then onion, tomato cheese slices over tikki..sprinkle a pinch of Salt n chat masala over it..place the burger cap(other piece of bun over it)

Heat a skillet n melt spoon of butter on it..roast the burger bun from both sides on medium to low heat..make all the burgers with same process

Yo'r veg. cheesy burger is ready

Serve hot with tomato sauce or as it is wrapped in silver foil/ tissue paper napkin

🍟_fo' a crunch in burger bun spread shredded lettuce on bun slice over ketchup layer then place dumpling/tikki
