1 kgwhite sugar
4large pineapples
5lt backet

Wash your pineapples, cut the skin off and put it in 5lt backet

Add sugar

Add water and stir

Cover the bracket with the lid put it away in a cool place for 24hrs(a day).

Strain it and pure it in a jar, it can be served with ices and garnish it with any fruit of your choice
