Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 cupsCooked rice
  2. Spiced minced meat
  3. 1/2 cupcooked peas
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. 3large onions
  6. 3peppers
  7. 3tomatoes
  8. 3scotch bonnet
  9. Salt and seasoning
  10. Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat vegetation oil,add in onions,ground tomatoes,pepper,curry,salt and seasoning, mix well and cook for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add in cooked rice,cooked peas and spiced minced meat and mix gently

  3. 3

    Allow to cook for another 5 minutes. The more your minced meat,the dirty your rice.
