Ingredients

1-5 servings
  • 500 gMaida
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • As per choiceVegetables like 1cualiflower, 1 carrot, 2 onions 1capcicum
  • 2 packetsMagi
  • 1 tbsp eachSauces like red chilli, green chilli, vinegar
  • 2 sachetMagi masala
  • PinchAginomoto

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly you have to take Maida and then you have to mix 2 tsp oil, half tsp baking powder and salt according to your taste. And make a doe and leave it for half hour.

  2. 2

    Take a pan and add 1tsp oil, all vegetables, all sauces, magi, magi masala and aginomoto. And cook it for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then make chapatti like shape of Maida and fill the filling in it. Then, deep fry your spring rolls.

  4. 4

    Now, your spring rolls are ready to eat. Serve it with tomato sauce.
