Even during the festive season we still eat ugali because it's our staple food here in kakamega and our house hold is no different.
Steps

Cut beef into desired cubes.

Put the beef in a sufuria with 1/2 a cup of water add salt and let it boil until all the water dries up.

Pour in your cooking oil and stir.

Add in your diced onions and garlic and ginger paste and fry until they are golden brown.

Add in your tomatoes and let them cook until they are tender.

Add in tumeric, garam masala, paprika, beef masala and capsicum, stir.

Pour in 1/2 a cup of hot water and let it cook until it has a thick soup.

Put out the flame and it rest for a minute before you serve.

Serve with ugali and pumpkin leaves. Very delicious 😋😋, enjoy
