Use meat/fish/chicken, tomatoes,attaruhu,onions,palm oil,spices,salt and maggi to make a stew,add stock to it and put in your washed ugu leaves/moringa/spinach cook for 7mins and lastly add your mashed awara,allow to simmer and off the fire.Serve with tuwon shinkafa,semo,pounded yam,eba etc.
