In a large bowl mix the chickpea flour ginger paste green chillies red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder coriander leaves and salt and mix well.

Add potatoes and onions and mix well.

Heat the oil.

Add enough water to half the potato-onion pakoda mix and mix well.

Take spoonful of the batter and drop gently into the oil and fry until golden.

Repeat with the remaining mix.

Serve the Potato Onion Pakoda hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup and hot tea or coffee.
