Steps

Peel all carrots & grate it.

Put some ghee in pan & sort'e the grated carrot.

Add milk & kesar.

Boil it well & add sugar.

When the absorbed the milk & melted the sugar turn off the gas.

Add Elaichi powder in it & mix it well.

Serve it with dry fruites decorations.
