1 cupMixed sprouts(moong 'chana ,green chana, Matar ,matki)
1Chopped onion
1Chopped cucumber
1Chopped tomatoes
1Chopped carrot
1/2 cupPomegranate seeds
to tasteChopped green chilli
As needed Chopped coriander leaves
To tasteSalt
2 pinchBlack salt
PinchBlack pepper powder
to tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspRoasted cumin powder
1 tspChaat masala
4 tspLemon juice
As neededMithi chutney
as neededThin sev

Except barik sev add all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.

Put in the serving plate and garnish with barik sev and coriander leaves.
