Mix cornflour with cup of water in bowl. In pan add sugar and little water keep stirring on low flame. When it boils add lemon juice in it, then add cornflour mixture.

Keep stirring. Add 1 tsp ghee and any food colour and stirrings, again add ghee mix well. Repeat same for remaining spoon of ghee.

When this mixture is unstick and formation of a lump pour it in plate spread uniform. Add dryfruits. Keep it for 5 mins to set. Cut with knife.
