  2. Fresh pepper and tomatoes
  3. Dried fish
  4. Cryfish
  5. Green leave
  6. Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. Red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut your yams in pieces then wash and put in your pot on the fire

  2. 2

    When it starts boiling add all the formention ingredient except the vegetable and satire.then after it starts boiling add your vegetable and after a few minutes your porridge is ready
