Clean your hands, cut the chicken into small pieces put them in a bown and add all the seasonings (cumin, paprika, tumeric and black pepper)
Mix wel until all chicken is evenly coated with spices. - 2
Cover your chicken and let it sit for 30 + minutes. Left mine in the fridge for 2hrs.

Heat your cooking pot then add some oil. Let the oil get smokey hot, then add your chicken. Make sure each piece touches the surface of the pot. No piece should be on top of the other.

When the first side is brown, turn the pieces to brown on the other side

Add your sliced onions and stir to allow the onions to cook, Add some salt at this point

For extra flavour and colour add some tomato paste still under high heat, add some little water, cover the pot for 3-5minutes
