2 choppedCapsicum
1 small bunch (clutched)Cauliflower
3,4 choppedPotato
2 tbspKasoori methi
1 big chopped eachTomato,onions
1 tspjeera
1 tspOil
to tasteSalt
All masala ingredients
1 tspOil
to tasteSalt
1 tsp eachred chilli ,turmeric,coriander powder

Take a pan... add oil put into jeera,hing,onion cook till golden brown then add turmeric and all vegetables and put into all masala ingredients

Add salt,kasoori methi fry well...cover it and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes

Serve with chapati
