For idli take 2cup suji add 2 tsp curd then add same water add little salt make thick paste.mix it we'll leave it 1/2 hour

For veggies chopped onions carrots, capsicum green chillis, green coriander.

Grease idli plates. In a paste add eno powder mixing well.steam it for 8 to 10 Minutes and leave it for 5 minutes

For veggies. In pan take oil when oil became hot add same mustard seed than curry leaves.add chopped onion than all veggies add green chillies, salt,red chilli powder, termiric powder fry well.

Cut all idle 2 or more pics add it on veggies stir well take 5 minutes

Fry veggies idle is ready garnish with green corrinder Serve with tomato ketchup.
