  • 2kadarangai
  • 100 gmred chli powder,
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fenugreek powder
  • 100 mlginjely oil,

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut the kadarangai into small pieces.

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil and allow mustard to crack and then add the vegetable. add all other ingradients. cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Thus pickle is ready to taste.
