Put enough cooking oil in a sufuria and place it on fire

Add 1 chopped onion and fry it to deep brown

Add 4 chopped tomatoes

Add chopped Irish potatoes and fry them go 5mins

Add 4 glases of water and allow it boil for 5 mins while covered

Add rice and allow it to boil for 20mins

Serve while still hot
