Firstly peel onion chopped tomato and onion

Cut mushroom as u like

Now take a pan add oil and heat it now add onion fry it till becomes brown now add tomato and chopped green chilli fry it

Now add turmeric powder add salt And red chilli powder mix it now add peas and cover the pan fry it for 5 minutes

Now add mushrooms and cover again cook for 10 minutes

Now veg is ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves
