Ingredients

1coconut deshelled and grated
1 tsproasted gram flour
1green/red chilli
1/2 tspmustard seeds
leavesFew curry
To tastesalt

Steps

Grind together coconut,red/green chilli roasted grams

Now take a laddle add oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it crackle
3

Invert the laddle into the chutney.

Goes well with dosas,vadas and idlis
