Collect all the requirements for sprout stuffing

Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions and green chillies in it. Saute for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another minute. Add chopped potato and sprouts in it.

Add spices and ketchup and let it cook for few minutes without lid. Don't over cook (bas 2 min cook krna hai). The stuffing is ready

Take bread slices. To one slice spread mayo and on other schezwan chutney. Place the stuffing between them and grill on a nonstick skillet. Serve hot
