  • 7-8French beans
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • 1Brinjel
  • 1 cupPapayya
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2Redchilli
  • 1 tspPunchfuron
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tspTurmericpowder
  • 1/2tspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add.oil,add punchphuran,redchilli,hing crackle for a mint.

    Add all spices masala.Mix it well&Cover it.

    Cook on low flame.A fter 15 mints mix veg is ready.Sprinkle2 tbsp coconut &corriender leaves serve with steamed rice.
