Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbitalian sausage, browned/drained
  2. 1small jar spaghetti sauce
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes (onion basil)
  4. 6green peppers
  5. 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil stock pot of water. Add cleaned peppers (no top or seeds). Boil until starting to get soft.

  2. 2

    Heat oven to 375. Take baking dish and spray with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    Add peppers to dish sitting hole side up. Fill with above ingredients (mixed together in a bowl with 1.5 cups of cheese). Top with remainder of cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
