In medium pot on medium high heat. Boil chicken, flavor with garlic, onion, celery and salt free seasonings and bay leaves. Once boiling reduce and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from broth. Strain broth and save, and add to large pot. Cut chicken in bite size. Add chichen back in pot with broth.

Add veggies, onions, and seasoning. Blend well. Let boil.

Once boiling, add noodles, reduce heat let simmer for 15 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
