Ingredients

  1. 1 pkgpork roast
  2. 2 cupsonions mixture
  3. 2 jarsbarbecue sauce
  4. Water just above the meat
  5. 2bay leaves
  6. 1tps magic no salt
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tsponion powder
  9. 1sm italian dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a crock pot set on high add pork roast, water, Italian dressing, 1 cup of onion mixture, add seasoning.

  2. 2

    Cook on high for 3 hours

  3. 3

    Drain water, add barbecue sauce, rest of onion mix and reseason.

  4. 4

    Cook on high for 2 hours

  5. 5

    Shread meat with the barbecue sauce and serve
