In medium pot on medium high heat. Boil in chicken broth, chicken. Flavor with garlic, onion, celery and salt free seasonings and bay leaves. Once boiling reduce and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from broth. Strain broth and save, and add to large pot. Chop chicken into bit size pieces.

In large pot on medium heat, melt butter. Add onions, cook until softened. Add flour and seasoning blend well.

Add broth and milk. Cook unlit bubbly and thick

Add cooked chicken and frozen veggies. Add bay leaves. Bring to a simmer.

Add noodles. Once pot starts to boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes, or until noodles are cooked.
