Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Ice fish
  3. Tomatoes and pepper
  4. Onions
  5. Crayfish
  6. Spices and seasoning
  7. Carrot, cabbage and mayonnaise for coleslaw

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and fry onions, tomatoes and pepper adding all other ingredients and spices

  2. 2

    Pour in the rice to cook till soft

  3. 3

    Mix chopped carrot and cabbage with mayonnaise and keep in the fridge to get a bit cold. Serve with jollof rice.
