Wash and soak rice 20 mins. And cook 70%.add salt and lemon juice.

Now put oil and butter in a pan add cumin seeds cardamom, cinnamon, pepper cloves and add chopped chilli,ginge,r garlic and onion rings.saute add salt garam masala,coriander,cumin powder saute add Methi leaves and boil corn mix well.

Now add cooked rice and pepper powder. Mix well and toss.add coriander. Garnish with coriander chopped onion and reddish.

Tasty Methi coriander pulao is ready to serve.
