Ingredients

Rice
Ice fish
Tomatoes and pepper
Onions
Crayfish
Spices and seasoning
Carrot, cabbage and mayonnaise for coleslaw

Steps

Parboil rice and fry onions, tomatoes and pepper adding all other ingredients and spices

Pour in the rice to cook till soft
3

Mix chopped carrot and cabbage with mayonnaise and keep in the fridge to get a bit cold. Serve with jollof rice.
