  • As neededOil for frying
  • To tasteSalt and chat masala
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel potato wash and cut inlong slices

  2. 2

    Now boil water and add potato in it for 20 sec now take out from water

  3. 3

    Now take a pan add oil heat it and fry potaoes slices

  4. 4

    Lastly spread salt and chat masala as u like and serve it
