Ingredients

  • 100 gsprouted wheat
  • 1 litremilk
  • 200 gramsugar
  • 5-7almond
  • 5-7cashue
  • 10 gramdry coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Put milk in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add sprouted wheat in milk

  3. 3

    Now put pan on flame and continue till milk gets dried out

  4. 4

    Add sugar and stir till it gets brown

  5. 5

    Put it in a plate and when it releases some heat then cut it into pieces and son halwa is ready to ear
