Steps

First wash all vegetables & chopped it.

Boil the patotoes & chopped in big pieces.

Meanwhile grind onion & tomatoes seperately & keep aside.

Heat the pan put oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds then grate ginger & garlic & add in pan & saute for a minute.

Mix well add grinded onion & saute till golden brown.

Add spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder & corrainder powder.

Mix well then add grinded tomatoes & saute it.

Now add green peas in a pan & cover the lid for few minutes in low flame.

When green peas is cooked well & they look soft then add boiled potatoes pieces.

Mix well add warm water as per gravy required.

Add salt & cook till it looks like thick gravy.

Add garam masala & mix.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot with Chapati or Paratha or poori.
