Steps

Take frying pan heat oil,put on jeera and chopped onion fry it then mix ginger garlic paste and mix well and fry it.

Add chopped potato cook for five minutes and add methi leaves and peas cook for five minutes

Add all masala and chopped tomato salt and Garam masala and cook well
- 4
Aloo methi matar ready.serve with roti or puri
