Take a pan put oil add finely chopped onions after it turns golden brown add chilli ginger paste and cook for some minutes add bolied peeled and mashed potatoes and paneer then add salt garam masala mix well.

After potato mixture cools down completely make cylindrical shape out of it.

Take a bread and remove sides of bread, soak it in water and squeeze with help of 2 palms then in the middle put potato mixture and cover it and make cylindrical shape.

Cover bread with breadcrumbs and fry them till golden brown.

After it cools cut from middle and at time of serving put sauce layer then chutney layer then Sev on the top of it.
