2small carrots, peeled, sliced at an angle
10green beans, deveined and slice at an angle
1small potato, peeled and slice at an angle
1egg
2garlics, smashed and chopped finely
Oil for frying
Salt
Pepper

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Add in the egg, scramble it. Then add the garlics, cook until fragrant.

Add in the water and seasonings. Taste test.

Then add in the veggies. Cook until tender and nicely seasoned.

Serve.
