This is a very healthy recipe as it is loaded with vegetables and is a perfect item for a quick and easy dinner.

Boil 3 cups water with little salt.Add chowmein and boil till semi soft. Drain water and pour cold water.Smear little oil and set aside.

Chop beans,carrots,capsicum into 1"pieces.Chop other vegetables also.Heat oil in a wok,fry minced garlic light brown then add chopped onion.Lightly fry and stir fry all vegetables till little tender.Add soya sauce,chilli sauce and tomato sauce and pinch of Chinese seasoning.Add the chowmein and toss.Serve hot.
