Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchopped beans
  2. 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  3. 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  4. 1green capsicum chopped
  5. 2 tbspchopped spring onion
  6. 200 gmspack of Chinese egg chowmein
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 1 tspminced garlic
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  11. 1 tbsphot and sweet tomato sauce
  12. To tastesalt
  13. 1 pinchChinese seasoning/MSG
  14. 1 tspblack pepper
  15. 3 tbsprefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 3 cups water with little salt.Add chowmein and boil till semi soft. Drain water and pour cold water.Smear little oil and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop beans,carrots,capsicum into 1"pieces.Chop other vegetables also.Heat oil in a wok,fry minced garlic light brown then add chopped onion.Lightly fry and stir fry all vegetables till little tender.Add soya sauce,chilli sauce and tomato sauce and pinch of Chinese seasoning.Add the chowmein and toss.Serve hot.
