Steps

Heat oil and temper shahi jeera and bay leaf

Add egg and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add the masalas paste and saute well

Add tomato and saute well adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

As oil separates add badam paste and mix well
- 6
Add sugar and garam masala powder
- 7
Switch off and serve with plain rice or chapati
