Ingredients

1 cupbesan
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupdesi ghee
2 tspdry fruits (chopped)
1 cupmilk

Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add dry fruits fry it and keep aside.

Roast besan on a low flame till change the colour, add milk and sugar and dry fruits. Cook till leave the pan.

Ready to serve winter special besan ka halwa garnish with dry fruits.
