In a mixer jar add garlic, onion, ginger..and chilli grind to make paste.

Heat a pan with oil.Add onion +ginger+ garlic +green chilli paste.Stir till light golden.Add tomato puri.Stir well.Add all spices.And cook for a min.Add curd + malai mixture...Stir till oil separate from masala..

Add chopped methi.And cook for few minutes.Add peas stir well...And cook for another few minutes.(add little water if required)till oil comes on surface.

Methi matar malai is ready to serve.Serve hot.
