Mix maida,salt,1/2 cup oil knead dough with water and keep aside

Heat a pan add oil and mix above all ingredients except oil for fry and dough

Give a nice stir and cook for 5 minutes and switch off the flame cool it

Now make balls from dough,roll puri,fill with masala,seal it and deep fry in oil
