  • 1 cupmakki flour
  • pinchsalt
  • 2 pinchescarom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • As requiredLukewarm water
  • 2 tspghee
  • 3 tspjaggery powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add maize flour,carom seeds,salt mix add water and knead flour.

  2. 2

    Take a nonstick pan heat it and roll the maize flour dough flat like roti spread oil and let it cook

    After making add ghee and jaggery powder mix and make a churi.
