Kale chane, bathua ka raita with poori

Ingredients

  1. 200 gkale chane
  2. 1 pinchHing
  3. 1 tspZeera
  4. 1tspDhaniya powder, haldi, garam masala
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1 tspAdrak
  7. As neededGreen chilli
  8. 1 tbspBathua
  9. Curd
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. as neededSalt
  12. 1tspChanamasala

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chana after that take a kadhai and Desi ghee, add hing, jeera, dhaniya powder, haldi, chanamasala and paste of tomato, green chilli and adrak, red chilli and salt according to your taste.

    Saute till 10 min than add channe in it.Chana is ready to serve.

    Boil bathua and grind it and add hing jeera and Lal mirch tadka,add curd in it and raita is ready.
