First clean bathua and take only leaves well wash and cut

Add all ingredients of bathua roll into bathua mix well and make dough and give oval shape

Wrap the roll with. The help of newspaper and cook in stem for 30 min

After that cool the roll cut slices with the help of knife and thread

And fry

Take all Kadi ingredients mix add 1 glass water mix well and cook till thick

When Kadhi is ready add bathua slice and heat 1 min

Spread the tadka and coriander leaves now ready to serve
