Ingredients

  1. For bathuwa roll:
  2. 1/2 kgBathua
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 2 pinchAjwain
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  6. 2 cupBesan or as per need
  7. 1 tspAdrak lahsun paste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for fry
  10. For tadka:
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1onion slice
  13. 2red and green chilli
  14. jeera
  15. Pinchhing Methi Dana and kalonji
  16. 2 sliceGarlic
  17. 2-3Kadi leave
  18. For kadhi:
  19. 1 cupdahi
  20. 1 cupbesan
  21. 1 cupbuttermilk
  22. 1 tsphaldi
  23. Chilli or salt as per teast
  24. 1 tspDhaniya powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First clean bathua and take only leaves well wash and cut

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients of bathua roll into bathua mix well and make dough and give oval shape

  3. 3

    Wrap the roll with. The help of newspaper and cook in stem for 30 min

  4. 4

    After that cool the roll cut slices with the help of knife and thread

  5. 5

    And fry

    Take all Kadi ingredients mix add 1 glass water mix well and cook till thick

  7. 7

    When Kadhi is ready add bathua slice and heat 1 min

  8. 8

    Spread the tadka and coriander leaves now ready to serve
