Wash and the soak green gram for 3-4 hours.. night let them make sprouts.... Morning pressure cook with Little salt and allow it to cook within the steam..

Give tadka in a kadai by adding oil, mustard seeds, half Chopped onion, curry leaves, Chopped green chillies

Add salt if required, one spoon Lemon juice and grated coconut.

Garnish with Coriander and serve to 2-3 peoples....Best time pass for evening with chai
