Ingredients

  1. 3 cuppar boiled rice
  2. 1 cupurad Dal
  3. 1/2 cupfitten rice
  4. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take three bowl Rice, urad Dal, fitten rice and separate soak in water for whole night to 10/12 to hours.

  2. 2

    Grind together in a soft paste add salt and mix it Then cover it in a pot to fermant

  3. 3

    .Grease a ldli maker,pour the batter and steam and serve hot with chutney with sambhar.
